Meet Keri Ball, RN – Regional Public Health Nurse
Keri Ball serves as the Regional Public Health Nurse for the South Shore 5 Public Health Alliance, bringing clinical expertise, a strong commitment to community wellness, and a collaborative spirit to her role supporting Hanover, Marshfield, Norwell, Pembroke, and Rockland.
In her regional role, Keri works across all five towns to enhance public health nursing services. She leads case management for infectious diseases, supports vaccination efforts and health screenings, and collaborates with local health departments on outreach, education, and offering community-specific care. Her work ensures that residents have access to high-quality, timely, and coordinated public health services, regardless of which town they call home.
Whether coordinating clinics, conducting community outreach, or supporting data collection and reporting efforts, Keri's expertise and presence across the regions help ensure our programs are responsive, evidence-based, and community-informed. Her regional role allows each town to benefit from shared resources while building a more connected and resilient infrastructure for health and wellness.

Meet Lorena Rocha - Regional Social Worker
Lorena Rocha serves as the Regional Social Worker for the South Shore 5 Public Health Alliance, supporting the towns of Hanover, Marshfield, Norwell, Pembroke, and Rockland through a public health and community-centered lens.
In her role, Lorena provides a wide range of services, including mental health support, substance use disorder outreach, and hoarding case management. She also works to strengthen referral systems that connect residents to comprehensive case management resources, ensuring individuals and families can access the care and support they need.
Lorena brings a strong background in case coordination, community health work, and mental health counseling. She works collaboratively with town departments and regional partners to address complex social and behavioral health needs while promoting resilience and well-being across the South Shore.
Her compassionate, systems-based approach reflects the Alliance’s commitment to advancing health equity and delivering responsive, integrated public health services for all five communities.
